Designer uses fashion to boost youths self-esteem

When Tiffany Shemise Walker chose a career in clothing design, she envisioned a fast-paced life in fashion capitol New York. The opportunity eventually presented itself. Moving to the city, interviews with high-profile fashion companies, an apartment she could afford. It all fell into place.
