DFM startup pinpoints a designs critical areas

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. — Most IC design-for-manufacturability (DFM) companies are in business to sell tools. Takumi Technology Corp. wouldn't mind doing that too, but it has a broader goal: integrating complete solutions that may include customer tools, third-party tools and services.
