Saw Em Off Logo Under Dispute

It's a lawsuit that has hit the core of Aggie tradition. The University of Texas has filed a suit against Aggieland Outfitters for their "Saw 'em off" logo. The University's suit says the logo, infringes the longhorn trademark, causes confusion among consumers, and results in lost sales of UT branded products.
