Commentary: Incarnate Word students design creations for annual fashion show
It wasn't the high-fashion runway stuff of New York, Milan and Paris. But 11 fashion students at the University of the Incarnate Word gave it the good, old college try with garments they created for the 26th annual Cutting Edge fashion show recently.
