Blow, 48, discovered stars of fashion

Isabella Blow, a British fashion editor, aristocrat, and aesthete whose gift for identifying and promoting new talent was occasionally overshadowed by her own Surrealist plumage, died on Monday in Gloucestershire, England. She was 48.
