INCA Designs, Inc. Acquires High Fashion Design Company

NEW YORK----INCA Designs, Inc. , formerly known as Transportation Safety Technology, Inc., changed its name to INCA Designs, Inc. in April in anticipation of closing the acquisition of S2 New York Design Corp., the owner of the popular INCA line of bags, swimwear, and resort wear.
