A IS FOR APEX: Kate's logo chosen

A GRAFFITI-style design has been chosen as the official logo of Apex Arts, the new name for Waltham Forest Arts Council. Kate Rowland, 17, an A-level student from Elmfield Road, Chingford, won a competition to create the design, which is part of the council's rebranding.
