Ice Cream Days logo winner showcases German chocolate
'Das Leben is suess' is german for 'Life is Sweet,' according to Hannah Koschinski, a foreign exchange student from Germany and the 2008 winner of the Ice Cream Days logo contest. Her design has yet to be unveiled.
Hannah's Ice Cream Days logo was designed for her drawing class taught by Gehlen Catholic art instructor Beth Schlichte.
Her design consists of three colors of ice cream in an old-fashioned sundae dish. The design was chosen from 238 submissions received by the Le Mars Chamber of Commerce.
