A regional farm organization doesn't have an exclusive right to use the bright blue, gold and green 'Alaska Grown' logo on T-shirts, caps and other apparel, a judge has ruled.The Matanuska Susitna Chapter of the Alaska Farm Bureau has been marketing promotional apparel with the logo for several years. It sought an exclusive right to the logo after another farm group started to sell clothing with the logo.
