Senned building wins top award

The Senedd in Cardiff Bay has today been awarded the prestigious Sustainability award by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The award recognises the numerous green credentials of the Senedd building which has been designed to have minimal impact on the environment in which it exists.
