Dian Page column: Jourdan earns best of show at fashion, design contest

Judith L. Jourdan won Best of Show for her design in the recent Oneida Nation Arts Program Fashion Show and Design Competition. For the show, Oneida teens collaborated with community tailors in creating 20 original outfits that showcased local design talents.
