Vietnam honours Vietnamese fashion designer

The French consul general presenting designer Minh Hanh with the title. Vietnam's leading fashion designer Minh Hanh has been honoured by the French Ministry of Culture and Information for her contributions to boosting France-Vietnam co-operation in the area of fashion.
