One Design, Many Claims: Can They Coexist?

OCTOBER 01, 2005 -- On U2's Vertigo tour, Bono has brought worldwide attention to a symbol for peace and harmony, which adorns the singer's headband and appears in lights during a particularly intense part of the show. But the symbol has also prompted a trademark infringement battle.
