Puffy coats get down with fashion

Manufacturers have let the air out of "puffy coats," adding style they hope will make down-filled outerwear a fashion must this holiday season. High-tech fabrics, tailoring, and trim such as belts and fur have given traditional down-filled outerwear a makeover, streamlining the shape while retaining the warmth.
